When we first launched our new monochrome Solo LED Display System, we knew we needed to commemorate it somehow.
After all, it was the result of lots of hard work from our design, engineering and manufacturing teams. Modesty aside, the Solo LED Display System revolutionized the grayscale digital display market; a great looking, ultra-affordable, monochrome LED board that plays video, images and text without sacrificing any of the quality or the advantages Cirrus Systems is known for! A celebration was definitely in order.
So we started brainstorming ideas. We wanted something memorable, something that had an impact. It didn’t take long for us to realize that the best way to celebrate was to give back to the community. What’s more meaningful than to help someone that deserves it with an LED sign?
Still, we came up with an even better idea. Instead of just choosing a worthy cause, we decided to let our readers and partners participate, get involved and help too. That’s how the Solo ICE LED panels giveaway came to be; we asked YOU to nominate a non-profit organization deserving of 16 Solo ICE LED boards - or a 32 sq. ft LED display sign- so we could hold a drawing and select a winner on April 15th.
The response was so humbling and overwhelming that we decided we needed to give away not ONE but TWO 32 sq ft Solo ICE LED displays to worthy causes.
So, without further due, we are happy to announce the winners of this year’s Solo ICE LED panels giveaway:
Omar Shrine Temple - A non profit that supports children with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate.
And the First Presbyterian Church of Plano.
We really hope our winners enjoy their signs and get a lot of good use out of it!
