About the Job
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and day to day supervision to the manufacturing team. In this position you build and coach a high performing manufacturing team consisting of Manufacturing Technicians and Manufacturing Leads. You will promote a culture and working environment that reflects the Cirrus Core Values in order to achieve and exceed performance targets while maintaining a safe working environment.
