Position: Sales Administrator

About the Job
As a Cirrus Sales Administrator, you are responsible for generating sales proposals accurately, administering the details of the sales process, effectively communicating between the outside sales team and customers, and supporting the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of the sales team.
Your daily job duties include preparing customer quotes, responding to customer calls and emails, and assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork. You will also follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services, input data into our customer management system, and manage the sales department’s calendar.
You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers, partners, and vendors while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to our customers as needed, which will include coordinating with other departments and team members.
You will also be expected to contribute to our mission of continuous improvement, in every aspect of our company… sales strategy, product improvement, service, or any aspect that will help add value to our customers.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or relevant work experience.
$45k base with a $10k variable bonus based on quarterly sales.
